Ninth Circuit holds that online bankruptcy advice from expert system is unauthorized practice of law
18 03 2007A recent 9th Circuit case, In re Reynoso (February 27, 2007) holds that bankruptcy advice provided by an expert system “was the conduct of a non-attorney” and therefore “constituted the unauthorized practice of law.”
