- Federal Court Civil Cases Database An evolving database of approximately 3.5 million district court civil cases. Searches produce data on the subject matter, the jurisdictional basis, the amount demanded, the case's origin in the court, the dates of filing and termination, the procedural stage of the case at termination (e.g., trial by judge or jury), the procedural method of disposition, who prevailed, and any amount awarded in damages.
