- CDA A collection of links and materials on the Communications Decency Act of 1996.
- CDT "The Center For Democracy and Technology is a non-profit public interest organization based in Washington DC. The Center's mission is to develop and advocate public policies that advance constitutional civil liberties and democratic values in new computer and communications technologies."
- CMC Info CMC Information Services offers links to resources relating to online communication adn the Internet. Known as "The December List" since 1992, it is one of the more valuable resources relating to Internet Resources.
- Comp. Law News Computer Law News from Law Journal Extra (LJX).
- Compuer Crime Computer Crime research resources on the Internet.
- Copyright Office The U.S. Copyright Office.
- CSPR Alerts CSPR's newsletters offer up-to-date information on issues associated with technology. Although it is not limited to Internet use, an important resource to stay abreast of recent technological developments.
- Cyber. Law and Policy The UCLA Online Institute for Cyberspace Law and Policy is intended to address cyberspace legal issues. It offers the Cyberspace Practitioner, a column that currently appears monthly in the Los Angeles Daily Journal, a newspaper for the Southern California legal community.
- Cyber. Law Ctr. The Cyberspace Law Center is designed to be an evolving resource for those interested in legal issues concerning cyberspace.
- Cyberlaw Cyberlaw/Cyberlex focuses on legal issues concerning computer technology.
- EFF The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) is a non-profit civil liberties organization working in the public interest to protect privacy, free expression, and access to public resources and information in new media. They have an extensive archive of legal and policy materials relating to cyberspace and the law.
- EPIC The Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC) "is a public interest research center in Washington, D.C. It was established in 1994 to focus public attention on emerging civil liberties issues relating to the National Information Infrastructure, such as the Clipper Chip, the Digital Telephony proposal, national ID cards, medical record privacy, credit records, and the sale of consumer data."
- EPLR BNA's Electronic Information Policy and Law Report offers updates on recent on line legal developments. The document library offers links to some current and past case decision summaries that appeared in recent issues.
- FCC The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) offers the Daily Digest (news), telecommunications act information, and links to national and international communications resources.
- ILPN The Internet Legal Practice Newsletter offers articles relating to the Internet and the practice of law.
- Internic Internic offers DNS registration, Net Scout, the Directory of Directories, and domain name registration policies and information.
- VILC The Villanova Information Law Chronicle (VILC) is a hypertext publication that carries articles and papers concerning information law, networking and the law, and the future of the information infrastructure.
- Virtual Magistrate "The Virtual Magistrate is a specialized, on-line arbitration and fact-finding system for disputes involving: users of on-line systems; those who claim to be harmed by wrongful messages; and system operators (to the extent that complaints or demands for remedies are directed at the System Operator)."
