Rules and Regulations
The State Bar offers the Rules of Professional Conduct and Ethics Opinions, and various rules relating to conduct, trust accounts, procedure and the State Bar policies and programs. The University of Montana School of Law also offers a copy of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Potential Issues
- Rule 7.1: No false or misleading communication.
- Rule 7.2: Retain copy for two years.
